Not only do Activision Blizzard understand gender discrimination scandals among its staff, but PlayStation was harshly accused by up to nine women for the same thing. Beeler has focused especially on the alleged violations of the Equal Pay Act. According to the magistrate, “it does not describe how her work was substantially equal to the work of any man who was allegedly paid more than she was paid.”



However, this story is not over yet. The judge does admit Majo’s ability to amend the resolution, being able to make a judicial attempt again, in this case focusing on situations of unjustified dismissal and violation of the protection of whistleblowers.
